You'll find an easy, step-by-step online reservation process accessible throughout Marriott.com.

  • Step 1 of 6: Check Rates and Availability – Enter your destination, travel dates, number of guests, and rooms required. You can also enter special rate information or search for specific Marriott brands and hotel amenities.  For more information regarding specials rates and negotiated discounts please click here.

  • Step 2 of 6: Select Rates – This displays a list of all rooms and rates available for requested dates.  If you get the response "NO ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR REQUESTED DATES " or "Sorry, there are no rooms available at this hotel for the dates you requested", you may scroll down and click one of the links labeled "View Alternate Locations" or "Dates flexible?" to display other reservation options.  For more information regarding the alternate date finder please click here.

  • Step 3 of 6: Add Preferences – Add special requests (e.g. crib, rollaway bed) or bed and room preferences (e.g. king, near an elevator).  For more information about room requests and availability of preferences please click here.

  • Step 4 of 6: Review Details  – Review a summary of your reservation. You can edit all selections before finalizing your request.

  • Step 5 of 6: Add Guest Information  – Provide your contact and credit card information. A text field for brief comments is also available.  If you have an online account you may automatically fill in your personal information by entering your user name and password in the spaces provided on the right-hand side of the page.  For more details regarding the Marriott Rewards online account please click here.

  • Step 6 of 6: Confirmation  – This printable summary includes your confirmation number and details of your reservation. A confirmation email with the same information is automatically sent to your email address. You can opt to email this to a friend or update your Microsoft Outlook calendar.  For information regarding how to confirm your reservation details now that it has been completed please click here.

When you omit your travel dates during the reservation process, your initial search results will list all Marriott brand hotels for the destination you specified. 2.  Why do I need to enter my credit card number to reserve a room?
Marriott requires all room reservations to be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Your credit card is not charged at the time of reservation, and is used as a guarantee that a room will be held in advance of your arrival. Your credit card will be charged only if pre-payment is required for a specific rate, or in the event that you do not cancel your reservation within the stated cancellation time period and do not check in. Your credit card information is safe with Marriott. Marriott.com leads the industry in protecting your credit card information with advanced SSL encryption technology.  Your information is never shared with third parties. Please see our privacy statement for more information.

3.  Can I reserve multiple rooms on Marriott.com?
ONE TO THREE ROOMS:
Our online reservation system will allow you to book three rooms at a time per reservation. However, if you need additional rooms, click "Reserve another room for these dates" at the bottom of the screen when you complete the first reservation. This action will save the hotel name, your travel dates, address and credit card information so you can easily reserve a different room type or rate.

FOUR TO NINE ROOMS:
Reservations for four to nine rooms must be made in groups of three or less. You may also choose to do this over the phone, where a reservation agent can book up to nine rooms at a time. You also can call our Internet Customer Care desk at (800) 721-7033 from within the U.S. or Canada for assistance with changing your reservation.

From locations outside these areas, call one of our Marriott Worldwide Reservations Telephone Numbers.

12. I'm searching for hotels in a specific area, but the search results do not show the hotel I want.  Why is it not appearing?
Marriott.com provides various ways to define your search, such as by city, state or by a specific Marriott brand hotel. You can also refine your search by amenity, such as an indoor pool or hotels that allow pets. In some instances, it’s possible to inadvertently refine your search to the extent that it excludes some hotels from your results. To ensure a full hotel listing for a particular geographical area, do not enter your travel dates.

13. Why is there an MVCI week available for rent, but not available to me via an Interval International exchange?
This week was not deposited into Interval International’s system by an MVCI Owner. Instead, the week has been listed for rent to generate dollar revenue. This is either due to the MVCI Owner wanting income from the week or that MVCI has listed it for rent in order to pay for the Marriott Rewards points taken by an Owner in trade for the week.

We're happy to offer you early check-in or late check-out  whenever it's possible.
